Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a strengthened cooling-system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling-system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they degrade, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperature, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate, the cooling system is prone to extra stress and overheating. For this reason, Classca upgrades performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable parts such as a 3-core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.
In addition, the factory thermo switch for the electric fan can be inconsistent in operation, so it is replaced with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92 to 95 degrees and stopping at approximately 87 degrees. By keeping the coolant temperature consistent, the vehicle maintains stable driving performance even in summer.
Furthermore, the factory cooling fan blade is thin and easily deforms under heat, so it is replaced with a reinforced, thicker type to improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, they can lead to reduced driving stability, abnormal noises, and increased vibration. By inspecting joints, bearings, and suspension components and replacing worn parts, we restore proper suspension movement.
For this vehicle, the lower arm bushes and tension rod bushes will be replaced. Deterioration can cause looseness in the suspension, abnormal noises, and reduced driving stability. Removing the degraded rubber bushes and replacing them with new ones stabilizes suspension movement.
Parts planned for replacement
Classca-selected parts
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
- Suspension joint
Drivetrain & Undercarriage
Deterioration of drivetrain components, mounts, and seals can cause vibration, abnormal noises, and oil leaks. This maintenance replaces worn parts to restore proper drive transmission and undercarriage movement.
Parts planned for replacement
Classca-selected parts
- Outer CV joint boot
- Inner CV joint boot
- Differential side oil seal
- Striking oil seal
- Dust boot
Exhaust System
Exhaust-system components are easily affected by high temperatures, vibration, and age-related deterioration. When they degrade, they can cause exhaust leaks, abnormal noises, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and mounting components, and replace worn parts to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.
For this vehicle, the catalytic converter will be replaced. As internal deterioration reduces exhaust purification performance, it will be replaced with a new part to normalize exhaust treatment.
Parts planned for replacement
Engine Area
Deteriorated parts can cause oil leaks and engine running issues. This maintenance replaces and adjusts worn parts to restore proper engine operation.
Parts planned for replacement
Classca-selected parts
- Genuine air cleaner
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- Rocker cover gasket & seal set
Clutch
This maintenance replaces worn clutch hydraulic and consumable parts to restore proper clutch operation.
Parts planned for replacement
Classca-selected parts
- Clutch master cylinder
- Clutch master inner kit
- Master base gasket
- Rod pin & snap pin S
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of components can cause reduced braking force and abnormal noises. By replacing worn parts, we restore proper brake operation.
Japanese-made rubber cups are used in the rear wheel cylinders as a countermeasure to reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
For this vehicle, the brake master cylinder will be replaced. As poor hydraulic pressure generation affects braking performance, it will be replaced to restore braking force.
