Austin MK-1 Cooper 970S

The Austin Cooper S series debuted in 1964 with three displacements: 970cc, 1071cc, and 1275cc. A total of over 40,000 units of the Cooper S series were produced, but only 963 units of the 970cc model were produced.
This is Cooper S's "970S", which is extremely rare.

It was imported to Japan in 1985 and completed a five-year restoration in 2023, with the body, exterior, interior, and basic performance (running, stopping, turning) restored.

*The previous owner restored it at another company's specialty store.
During the restoration process, the caution plate on the body was lost. We will explain in detail when you visit us or over the phone.

The engine from that time has been overhauled and finished. Before delivery, we also perform basic performance maintenance (running, stopping, turning) according to our standards.

We will check approximately 150 inspection items and schedule any necessary repairs or parts replacement depending on the condition of your vehicle.
