Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to an enhanced cooling-system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling-system parts are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. If they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperature, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and Japan’s hot, humid climate tends to place a heavy load on the cooling system, making overheating more likely. For this reason, Classca upgrades performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable parts such as a three-core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.
In addition, the genuine thermoswitch for the electric fan can vary in operation, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92–95°C and stopping at around 87°C, helping keep coolant temperature consistent and maintaining stable driving even in summer.
The cooling fan blade is also replaced with a reinforced, thicker type because the original is thin and prone to deformation from heat. This improves the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
Deteriorated suspension components can lead to reduced driving stability, abnormal noises, and increased vibration. We inspect the joints, bearings, and suspension parts, and replace worn components to restore proper suspension movement.
For this vehicle, the lower arm bushes will be replaced. Deteriorated lower arm bushes can cause looseness in the suspension, abnormal noises, and reduced stability while driving. Removing the worn rubber bushes and replacing them with new ones stabilizes suspension movement.
Planned replacement parts
Classca-selected parts
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
- Rack boot
Drivetrain and Underside
Deterioration of drivetrain components, mounts, and seals can cause vibration, abnormal noises, and oil leaks. This maintenance replaces worn parts to restore proper power transmission and underside movement.
Planned replacement parts
- Inner CV joint boot
- Diff side oil seal
- Gasket / O-ring
Exhaust System
Exhaust-system parts are easily affected by heat, vibration, and age-related deterioration. If they deteriorate, they can cause exhaust leaks, abnormal noises, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and mounting parts, then replace worn components to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.
For this vehicle, the exhaust downpipe will be replaced. Corrosion and deterioration of the exhaust pipe can cause exhaust leaks, so it will be replaced with a new part to restore proper exhaust flow.
Planned replacement parts
Classca-selected parts
- Exhaust downpipe
- Diff side stay
Engine Area
Part deterioration can cause oil leaks and poor engine performance. This maintenance replaces and adjusts worn parts to restore proper engine operation.
For this vehicle, the chain case gasket and oil seal will be replaced. Because deterioration can cause oil leaks, the relevant area is disassembled and the seals are replaced to restore proper sealing.
Planned replacement parts
Classca-selected parts
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- Chain case gasket
- Chain case oil seal
- Chain slider pad
- Upper steady bush
Clutch
This maintenance replaces worn clutch hydraulic components and consumable parts to restore proper clutch operation.
For this vehicle, a clutch overhaul will be carried out. Worn clutch components are disassembled, replaced, and reassembled to restore clutch function.
Planned replacement parts
- Clutch fluid
- Clutch overhaul kit Borg & Beck
- Primary gear oil seal
- Oil stopper ring set
- Thrust metal
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of parts can cause reduced braking performance and abnormal noises. We replace worn parts to restore proper brake operation.
Japanese-made rubber cups are used in the rear wheel cylinders, helping reduce brake-fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
Planned replacement parts
- Wheel cylinders
- Brake fluid
- Brake cleaner
Fluids and Other Consumables
Planned replacement / replenishment
- Engine oil
- Drain gasket
- Oil element
- Battery
