Pre-Delivery Maintenance

After arrival, we carry out a road test and a lift inspection, checking approximately 150 items. Based on the results, we perform the maintenance required for the selected menu.

Cooling System

Common to all vehicles

Updated to an enhanced cooling-system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts

Cooling-system parts are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. If they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperature, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.

The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and Japan’s hot, humid climate tends to place a heavy load on the cooling system, making overheating more likely. For this reason, Classca upgrades performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable parts such as a three-core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.

In addition, the genuine thermoswitch for the electric fan can vary in operation, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92–95°C and stopping at around 87°C, helping keep coolant temperature consistent and maintaining stable driving even in summer.

The cooling fan blade is also replaced with a reinforced, thicker type because the original is thin and prone to deformation from heat. This improves the stability of cooling efficiency.

For this vehicle, the lower arm bushes will be replaced. Deteriorated lower arm bushes can cause looseness in the suspension, abnormal noises, and reduced stability while driving. Removing the worn rubber bushes and replacing them with new ones stabilizes suspension movement.

Radius Arms
The radius arms will be overhauled. When the bearings and bushes inside the radius arms wear, they can cause abnormal noises, left-right alignment differences, and instability while driving. The arms are disassembled, internal parts are replaced, and grease is applied to restore smooth movement.

Drivetrain and Underside

Striking oil seal and boot
The striking oil seal and dust boot will be replaced. If the sealing performance of the moving section decreases, oil leaks and foreign-matter intrusion can occur, so parts are replaced to restore protection.
MT engine mounts
The engine mounts will be replaced. Deteriorated rubber increases engine movement and vibration. Replacing them with new parts stabilizes how the engine is held in place.

ABR MAGNECOR high-tension leads
The high-tension leads (ABR MAGNECOR) will be replaced. Age-related deterioration reduces the efficiency of ignition-energy transfer and can cause misfires or poor engine performance, so they are replaced with high-quality new ABR MAGNECOR leads to improve ignition stability.
Rocker cover gasket & seal set
The rocker cover gasket will be replaced. Deterioration of the gasket can cause oil leaks, so it is replaced to restore proper sealing.
Valve clearance
