40th Anniversary Model × 10-inch Setup

Based on the final-generation 40th Anniversary model, this Mini has been customized with a 10-inch setup.
The wheels are paired with highly sought-after Watanabe wheels, a timeless classic.
The 10-inch suspension setup delivers the kind of driving feel that makes a Classic Mini so enjoyable.
With mileage still in the 56,000 km range, this is an especially appealing example.

MK-2 Tail Lamps

At the rear, it features MK-2-style tail lamps with a simple two-color design.
The overfenders retain the factory Sport Pack style of the 40th Anniversary model.

Equipped with a SACLAM Exhaust

This stainless steel exhaust by SACLAM combines a beautiful sound with excellent flow.
While retaining the light, nimble character of a Classic Mini, it lets you enjoy a pleasant exhaust note that responds to throttle input.
From city driving to winding roads, this setup is designed to make every drive more enjoyable.

40th Anniversary Model Interior

Unlike the wood dashboard used in standard Rover Minis, this model features a more modern-style dash panel.
Because this type of panel is harder to restore than a wood panel, examples that remain in good condition are becoming rare.

Factory Leather Seats

It is fitted with the original leather seats specific to the 40th Anniversary model.
With just the right firmness and cushioning, the interior offers the atmosphere you expect from a Classic Mini.

Pre-Delivery Service

After the vehicle arrives, we carry out a road test and a lift inspection, checking approximately 150 items. Based on the results, we perform the maintenance specified for the selected menu.

For servicing, we carefully select high-quality parts made in Japan as well as newly developed components, updating the Mini with a level of quality unique to Japan.

For overseas customers, the vehicle price includes not only the Basic Service but also the contents of the Upgrade Pack.

Cooling System

Common to all vehicles

Updated to a reinforced cooling system using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts

Cooling system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they degrade, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting the relevant parts, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.

The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate, the cooling system is placed under greater stress and tends to be more prone to overheating. For this reason, Classca upgrades the cooling performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components such as a 3-row core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.

In addition, the factory thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in its operating behavior, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, switching on at approximately 92 to 95 degrees and switching off at approximately 87 degrees, helping maintain a consistent coolant temperature and stable driving even in summer.

We also replace the cooling fan blade with a reinforced, thicker type, as the factory blade is thin and can easily deform under heat, improving the stability of cooling efficiency.

Upgrade Pack

Included in the vehicle price

In addition to the Basic Service, this package includes preventive repairs and maintenance, as well as upgrades using performance-enhancing parts developed in Japan. It is designed to prepare the vehicle for more confident, long-term enjoyment.

Suspension

Lower arm bushes
We replace the lower arm bushes. When these bushes deteriorate, they can cause play in the suspension, abnormal noise, and reduced driving stability. By removing the worn rubber bushes and replacing them with new ones, suspension movement is stabilized.
Tension rod bushes
We replace the tension rod bushes. When these bushes deteriorate, the car can wander under braking and straight-line stability can decline. Replacing the aged rubber components helps maintain proper fore-and-aft suspension movement.
Front hub bearings
We replace the front hub bearings. Worn bearings can cause noise and vibration while driving, and in the worst case can lead to poor rotation. By disassembling the suspension area and replacing the bearings with new ones, smooth rotation is restored.
Front shock absorbers
We replace the front shock absorbers. When shocks deteriorate, vibrations become harder to control, reducing ride comfort and stability. New shock absorbers restore firm control over front-wheel movement.
Rear shock absorbers
We replace the rear shock absorbers. Deterioration can increase pitching and instability. Replacement restores rear-end stability and ride comfort.

Drivetrain & Undercarriage

Outer CV joint boots
We replace the outer CV joint boots. Torn boots allow grease to leak out, accelerating wear in the joint. Replacing the boots and replenishing grease restores proper protection.

Exhaust System

EX down tube
We replace the EX down tube. Corrosion or deterioration of the exhaust pipe can cause exhaust leaks, so it is replaced with a new part to maintain proper exhaust flow.
Branch EX
We replace the branch EX. Deterioration of the pipe that collects the exhaust flow can cause leaks and reduced performance, so replacement restores proper exhaust efficiency.
Differential side stay
We replace the differential side stay. Deterioration or poor fastening of the stay can cause misalignment or vibration around the exhaust and undercarriage, so the part is replaced to restore proper mounting.

Engine Area

High-tension leads ABR MAGNECOR
We replace the high-tension leads with ABR MAGNECOR parts. Age-related deterioration reduces ignition energy transfer and can cause misfires or poor engine running, so we install high-quality new ABR MAGNECOR leads to improve ignition stability.
Chain case gasket
We replace the chain case gasket and oil seal. As deterioration can cause oil leaks, the area is disassembled and the seals are replaced to restore proper sealing.
Chain slider pad
We replace the chain slider pad. Wear can make chain contact and movement unstable, causing noise and further wear, so replacement stabilizes its operation.
Rocker cover gasket & seal set
We replace the rocker cover gasket. Deterioration of the gasket can cause oil leaks, so replacement restores proper sealing.
Valve clearance
We adjust the valve clearance. Changes in valve clearance can make engine operation unstable, so it is adjusted to the correct specification.
Distributor cap & rotor
Chain case oil seal
Genuine air cleaner
Vacuum joint
Spark plugs

Fuel System

Fuel strainer SPi
We replace the fuel strainer (SPi). The buildup of debris and impurities in the fuel can make fuel flow unstable and cause engine trouble, so replacement restores proper fuel supply.

Clutch

Clutch release inner kit
We replace the clutch release inner kit with a high-quality Japanese-made part. Internal wear components are replaced to restore normal hydraulic operation.

Brakes

Wheel cylinders
We replace the wheel cylinders. Hydraulic problems can reduce braking force, so replacement restores normal brake operation.
Brake master cylinder
We replace the brake master cylinder. Poor hydraulic pressure generation affects braking performance, so replacement restores braking force.
Rear hose
We replace the rear hose. To prevent deterioration of the hydraulic line, replacement ensures stable brake operation.

Fluids & Other Consumables

Planned replacement / replenishment
  • Drain gasket
  • Oil filter
  • Oil filter O-ring
  • Wako’s Seal Coat
  • Wako’s Fuel 1
  • Brake & clutch fluid
  • Battery
  • Spare tire
