Cooling system
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a strengthened cooling-system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling-system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. We replace and adjust each component to ensure proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid environment, the cooling system is placed under greater stress and tends to be more prone to overheating. For this reason, Classca upgrades the system using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable parts with items such as a three-core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.
In addition, the factory thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in operation, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, activating at approximately 92 to 95 degrees and stopping at approximately 87 degrees, helping to maintain a consistent coolant temperature and stable driving even in summer.
We also replace the cooling fan blade with a reinforced thicker type, as the original blade is thin and can deform easily due to heat. This helps improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, they can lead to reduced stability while driving, unusual noises, and increased vibration. We inspect each joint, bearing, and suspension component, and replace worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.
On this vehicle, the rear hub bearings will be replaced. Worn bearings can cause noise from the rear and increased rotational resistance. By disassembling the area and replacing them with new bearings, we restore proper rear-wheel rotation.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Carefully selected Classca parts
- Lower arm bushes
- Tension rod bushes
- Rear hub bearings
- Hi-Lo joint kit
Drivetrain and underbody
Deterioration of drivetrain components, mounts, and seals can cause vibration, unusual noises, and oil leaks. This maintenance restores proper drive transmission and underbody movement by replacing worn components.
On this vehicle, the rear subframe mounts will be replaced. As age-related deterioration can reduce body stability, the rubber mounts are replaced to help suppress vibration.
Parts scheduled for replacement
- Inner CV joint boots
- Differential side oil seal
- Subframe mount FS
- Frame shim
- Subframe mount RS
Exhaust system
Exhaust-system components are easily affected by heat, vibration, and age-related deterioration. If they deteriorate, they can lead to exhaust leaks, unusual noises, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and supporting parts, and replace worn components to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.
On this vehicle, the exhaust down tube will be replaced. Corrosion or deterioration of the exhaust pipe can cause exhaust leaks, so it will be replaced with a new part to maintain proper exhaust flow.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Carefully selected Classca parts
- Exhaust down tube
- Exhaust down band
- Differential side stay
Engine area
Deteriorated parts can cause oil leaks and engine running issues. This maintenance restores proper engine operation by replacing and adjusting worn components.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Carefully selected Classca parts
- Genuine air cleaner
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- High-tension leads ABR MAGNECOR
- Upper steady bushes
Clutch
This maintenance replaces worn clutch hydraulic components and consumables to restore proper clutch operation.
Parts scheduled for replacement
- Clutch master / AP
- Rod pin & snap pin S
- Hose & gasket
- Release cylinder Borg & Beck
- Clutch fluid
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of parts can cause reduced braking force and unusual noises. We replace worn components to restore proper brake operation.
For the rear wheel cylinders, Japanese-made rubber cups are used as a countermeasure to reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
On this vehicle, the brake master cylinder will be replaced. Poor hydraulic pressure can affect braking performance, so it will be replaced to restore braking force.
Parts scheduled for replacement
- Wheel cylinders
- Brake master cylinder
