Cooling-system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperature, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate the cooling system is placed under heavy stress, making the car prone to overheating. For this reason, Classca upgrades the system using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components such as a three-core radiator and countermeasure or newly developed hoses.
In addition, the factory thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in its operating point, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at around 92–95°C and stopping at around 87°C, keeping the coolant temperature consistent and maintaining stable running even in summer. The original cooling fan blade is thin and prone to deformation from heat, so we also replace it with a reinforced, thicker type to improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, driving stability can decline and noise or vibration may increase. We inspect joints, bearings, and suspension components, and replace worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.
On this vehicle, the front hub bearings and rear hub bearings will also be replaced. Worn bearings can cause noise and vibration while driving, and in the worst case can lead to poor rotation. By disassembling the suspension and replacing the bearings with new ones, smooth rotation is restored.

Drivetrain and Undercarriage
Deterioration of drivetrain components, mounts, and seals can cause vibration, abnormal noise, and oil leaks. This maintenance replaces worn components to restore proper power transmission and undercarriage movement.
On this vehicle, the front and rear subframe mounts will also be replaced. Deteriorated rubber can cause vibration and looseness. Replacing the mounts restores the proper fixed relationship between the body and frame.

Engine Area
Deteriorated parts can cause oil leaks and engine running issues. This maintenance replaces and adjusts worn components to restore proper engine operation.
On this vehicle, the timing chain case gasket and oil seal will also be replaced. Because deterioration can cause oil leaks, the relevant area is disassembled and the seals are replaced to restore proper sealing.

Fuel System
Fuel-system components are easily affected by age-related deterioration and dirt. If they deteriorate, they can cause poor starting, unstable idling, poor acceleration, and fuel leaks. We check the condition of the pump, hoses, sensors, carburetor, and related parts, then replace or clean worn components to restore proper fuel supply and combustion.
On this vehicle, the carburetor will be overhauled. Dirt inside the carburetor and deterioration of consumable parts can disturb the fuel mixture, so it is disassembled, cleaned, fitted with replacement parts, and reassembled.

Clutch
This maintenance replaces worn clutch hydraulic components and consumables to restore proper clutch operation.

Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of components can reduce braking force or cause noise. We replace worn parts to restore proper brake operation.
For the rear wheel cylinders, we use Japanese-made rubber cups as a countermeasure to help reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
On this vehicle, the brake master cylinder will be replaced. Poor hydraulic pressure generation can affect braking performance, so replacing it restores braking force. The brake servo will also be replaced. When its assist function deteriorates, pedal effort becomes heavier, so replacement improves operability.
