Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a strengthened cooling-system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling-system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate the cooling system is placed under greater strain, making overheating more likely. For this reason, Classca upgrades performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components such as the three-core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.
In addition, the original electric fan thermo switch can vary in operation, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92–95°C and stopping at approximately 87°C. By keeping coolant temperature consistent, it helps maintain stable driving even in summer.
Furthermore, the original cooling fan blade is thin and prone to deformation from heat, so it is replaced with a reinforced thicker type to improve cooling efficiency and stability.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, they can reduce driving stability and increase noise and vibration. We inspect each joint, bearing, and suspension component, and replace worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.

Exhaust System
Exhaust components are easily affected by heat, vibration, and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause exhaust leaks, abnormal noise, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and mounting parts, and replace worn components to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.

Engine Area
Deteriorated parts can cause oil leaks and engine issues. This maintenance replaces or adjusts worn components to restore proper engine operation.

Clutch
This maintenance replaces worn clutch hydraulic and consumable components to restore proper clutch operation.

Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration can reduce braking force or cause abnormal noise. We replace worn parts to restore proper brake operation.
Japanese-made rubber cups are used in the rear wheel cylinders as a countermeasure to help reduce brake fluid leaks compared with standard parts.
For this vehicle, the brake master cylinder will be replaced. Because insufficient hydraulic pressure can affect braking performance, replacement restores proper braking force.
