Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to an enhanced cooling specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. If they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate the cooling system is placed under greater strain, making the car more prone to overheating. For this reason, Classca upgrades performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable parts such as a 3-row core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.
In addition, the factory thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in operation, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, activating at approximately 92°C to 95°C and stopping at around 87°C. By keeping coolant temperature consistent, it helps maintain stable driving even in summer. The factory cooling fan blade is also thin and prone to deformation from heat, so it is replaced with a reinforced thicker type to improve cooling efficiency stability.

Engine Area
Deterioration of parts can lead to oil leaks and engine running issues. This maintenance replaces worn parts and carries out adjustments to bring the engine operation back into proper condition.
For this vehicle, valve clearance adjustment will be performed. Changes in valve clearance can make engine operation unstable, so it will be adjusted to the proper specification.

Classca-selected parts
- Genuine air cleaner
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- Distributor cap & rotor ASSY
- High-tension leads ABR MAGNECOR
- Rocker cover gasket & seal set
- Valve clearance
Fuel System
Fuel system components are easily affected by age-related deterioration and contamination. If they deteriorate, they can cause poor starting, unstable idling, poor acceleration, and fuel leaks. By checking the condition of the pump, hoses, sensors, carburetor, and related parts, and by replacing or cleaning worn components, we restore proper fuel delivery and combustion condition.
Planned replacement parts
- Fuel hose
- Carbon blast
- Parts cleaner
Clutch
This maintenance replaces worn clutch hydraulic components and consumable parts to restore proper clutch operation.
For this vehicle, a clutch overhaul will be performed. Worn clutch parts will be disassembled, replaced, and reassembled to restore clutch function.
Planned replacement parts
Classca-selected parts
- Clutch master / AP
- Master base gasket
- Rod pin & snap pin S
- Hose & gasket
- Release cylinder inner kit
- Clutch fluid
- Clutch overhaul kit Borg & Beck

- Pushrod
- Rod pin L
- Rod pin M
- Primary gear oil seal
- Oil stopper ring set
- Thrust metal
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of parts can lead to reduced braking performance or abnormal noise. Worn parts are replaced to restore proper brake operation.
For the rear wheel cylinders, Japanese-made rubber cups are used as a measure to reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
