Cooling System / Water-Related Components
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a reinforced cooling-system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling system parts are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate the cooling system is placed under heavy load, making the car more prone to overheating. For this reason, Classca improves performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components such as a three-core radiator, improved parts, and newly developed hoses.
In addition, the original electric fan thermo switch can vary in operation, so it is replaced with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92–95°C and stopping at around 87°C, helping keep coolant temperature consistent and maintaining stable driving even in summer. The original cooling fan blades are also thin and prone to deformation from heat, so they are replaced with a reinforced, thicker type to improve cooling efficiency stability.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, driving stability can decrease and noise or vibration can increase. By inspecting joints, bearings, and suspension parts and replacing worn components, we restore the suspension’s movement to proper condition.
For this vehicle, the lower arm bushes and tension rod bushes will be replaced. When these deteriorate, they can cause looseness in the suspension, noise, and reduced stability while driving. Removing the worn rubber bushes and replacing them with new parts stabilizes suspension movement.
Planned Replacement Parts
Classca-selected parts
- Lower Arm Bushes
- Tension Rod Bushes
- Suspension Joints
- Rack Bushes
- Rebound Rubbers
Drivetrain / Undercarriage
Deterioration of drivetrain components, mounts, and seals can cause vibration, noise, or oil leaks. This maintenance replaces worn parts to restore proper drivetrain transmission and undercarriage movement.
Planned Replacement Parts
- Differential Side Oil Seal
- Striking Rod Oil Seal
- Dust Boots
- Lower Steady Bushes
Exhaust System
Exhaust components are easily affected by high temperatures, vibration, and age-related deterioration. If they deteriorate, exhaust leaks, noise, and reduced exhaust efficiency can result. We check the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and support components, replacing worn parts to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.
For this vehicle, the muffler will be replaced. Corrosion and internal deterioration can affect exhaust sound and performance, so replacement restores exhaust flow and silencing performance.
Planned Replacement Parts
- Muffler
- Muffler Mount
- Differential Side Stay
Engine Area
Deteriorated parts can cause oil leaks or engine running issues. This maintenance replaces and adjusts worn components to restore proper engine operation.
Planned Replacement Parts
- Vacuum Joint
- Spark Plugs
- Distributor Cap & Rotor
- Upper Steady Bushes
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration can reduce braking force or cause noise. Worn parts are replaced to restore proper brake operation.
Japanese-made rubber cups are used in the rear wheel cylinders as a measure to reduce brake fluid leakage compared with original parts.
