Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a specification with an enhanced cooling system using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling system parts are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperatures, and overheating. We replace and adjust each component to ensure proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate its cooling system is more prone to stress and overheating. For this reason, Classca improves performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components such as the 3-row core radiator, improved parts, and newly developed hoses.
In addition, because the original thermo switch for the electric fan can have inconsistent operation, we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92 to 95 degrees and stopping at around 87 degrees. By keeping coolant temperature consistent, it maintains stable driving even in summer.
Furthermore, the original cooling fan blade is thin and tends to deform under heat, so we replace it with a reinforced thicker type to improve cooling efficiency stability.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, driving stability may decline, and noise or vibration may increase. By inspecting each joint, bearing, and suspension component and replacing worn parts, we restore proper suspension movement.
For this vehicle, we will install and replace a Hi-Lo kit for rubber cone suspension. This adds ride-height adjustment to a rubber cone suspension vehicle and allows fine adjustment of the vehicle height. After installation, the height will be adjusted appropriately.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Carefully selected Classca parts
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
- Suspension joint
- Tie rod end
- Rack boot
- Hi-Lo kit for rubber cone suspension
Engine Area
Deterioration of parts can cause oil leaks and engine problems. This maintenance restores proper engine operation by replacing and adjusting worn components.
For this vehicle, we will replace the timing chain cover gasket and oil seal. Since deterioration can cause oil leaks, we disassemble the relevant area, replace the seals, and restore proper sealing.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Carefully selected Classca parts
- Spark plugs
- Timing chain cover gasket
- Timing chain cover oil seal
- Timing chain slipper pad
- Upper steady bush
Fuel System
Fuel system components are easily affected by age-related deterioration and contamination. When they deteriorate, they can cause poor starting, unstable idling, poor acceleration, and fuel leaks. We check the condition of the pump, hoses, sensors, carburetor, and related parts, then replace or clean worn components to restore proper fuel supply and combustion.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Clutch
This maintenance replaces worn clutch hydraulic and consumable components to restore proper clutch operation.
Parts scheduled for replacement
- Release lever
- Push rod
- Rod pin L
- Rod pin M
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of components can reduce braking force or cause noise. We replace worn parts to restore proper brake operation.
For the rear wheel cylinders, we use Japanese-made rubber cups as a measure to reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
