Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a strengthened cooling-system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling-system parts are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid environment, the cooling system is placed under greater strain and tends to overheat more easily. For this reason, Classca improves cooling performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable parts such as the 3-core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.
In addition, the genuine thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in its operating point, so it is replaced with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, activating at approximately 92 degrees to 95 degrees and stopping at approximately 87 degrees. By keeping coolant temperature consistent, it helps maintain stable driving even in summer.
Furthermore, the genuine cooling fan blade is thin and easily deforms due to heat, so it is replaced with a reinforced thicker type to improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, they can lead to reduced stability while driving, abnormal noise, and increased vibration. We inspect the joints, bearings, and suspension components, and replace worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.
For this vehicle, the lower arm bushes will be replaced. Deteriorated lower arm bushes can cause looseness in the suspension, abnormal noise, and reduced driving stability. By removing the deteriorated rubber bushes and replacing them with new ones, we stabilize the movement of the suspension.
Planned replacement parts
Classca-selected parts
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
Exhaust System
Exhaust-system parts are easily affected by high temperatures, vibration, and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause exhaust leaks, abnormal noise, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and mounting components, and replace worn parts to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.

Engine Area
Part deterioration can cause oil leaks and engine problems. This maintenance restores proper engine operation by replacing and adjusting worn components.
For this vehicle, the chain case gasket and oil seal will be replaced. Since deterioration can cause oil leaks, the relevant area is disassembled and the seals are replaced to restore sealing performance.
Planned replacement parts
Classca-selected parts
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- Chain case gasket
- Chain case oil seal
- Chain slider pad
- Kickdown lever AT
- Upper steady bush
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of components can cause reduced braking performance and abnormal noise. We replace worn parts to restore proper brake operation.
The rear wheel cylinders use Japanese-made rubber cups, a countermeasure that helps reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
