Cooling System

Common to all vehicles

Updated to a strengthened cooling-system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts

Cooling-system parts are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.

The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid environment, the cooling system is placed under greater strain and tends to overheat more easily. For this reason, Classca improves cooling performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable parts such as the 3-core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.

In addition, the genuine thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in its operating point, so it is replaced with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, activating at approximately 92 degrees to 95 degrees and stopping at approximately 87 degrees. By keeping coolant temperature consistent, it helps maintain stable driving even in summer.

Furthermore, the genuine cooling fan blade is thin and easily deforms due to heat, so it is replaced with a reinforced thicker type to improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension

When suspension components deteriorate, they can lead to reduced stability while driving, abnormal noise, and increased vibration. We inspect the joints, bearings, and suspension components, and replace worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.

For this vehicle, the lower arm bushes will be replaced. Deteriorated lower arm bushes can cause looseness in the suspension, abnormal noise, and reduced driving stability. By removing the deteriorated rubber bushes and replacing them with new ones, we stabilize the movement of the suspension.

Exhaust System

Exhaust-system parts are easily affected by high temperatures, vibration, and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause exhaust leaks, abnormal noise, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and mounting components, and replace worn parts to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.

Engine Area

Part deterioration can cause oil leaks and engine problems. This maintenance restores proper engine operation by replacing and adjusting worn components.

For this vehicle, the chain case gasket and oil seal will be replaced. Since deterioration can cause oil leaks, the relevant area is disassembled and the seals are replaced to restore sealing performance.

Planned replacement parts Classca-selected parts
  • Vacuum joint
  • Spark plugs
  • Chain case gasket
  • Chain case oil seal
  • Chain slider pad
  • Kickdown lever AT
  • Upper steady bush

Brakes

Wear and age-related deterioration of components can cause reduced braking performance and abnormal noise. We replace worn parts to restore proper brake operation.

The rear wheel cylinders use Japanese-made rubber cups, a countermeasure that helps reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.

Upgrade

Upgrade Pack

Included in the vehicle price

In addition to Basic Maintenance, this menu includes preventive repairs and maintenance, as well as upgrades using performance-enhancing parts developed in Japan. It is designed to prepare the car so you can enjoy it with greater peace of mind for years to come.

Overhaul

AT transmission overhaul
The AT transmission will be overhauled.

Suspension

Suspension joint
The suspension joints will be replaced. When the joints wear, looseness and abnormal noise can occur in the suspension, reducing driving stability. The deteriorated joint components are removed and replaced with new ones to restore smooth movement.
Radius arm
The radius arms will be overhauled. When the bearings and bushes inside the radius arms wear, they can cause abnormal noise, left-right alignment differences, and instability while driving. They are disassembled, internal parts are replaced, and grease is applied to restore smooth movement.
Front shock absorbers
The front shock absorbers will be replaced. When shocks deteriorate, vibrations become harder to control, reducing ride comfort and stability. Replacing them with new parts restores proper control of front-wheel movement.
Rear shock absorbers
The rear shock absorbers will be replaced. Deterioration can increase swaying and instability. Replacement restores rear stability and ride comfort.

Other

  • Knuckle joint dust boots (rear)

Drivetrain and Undercarriage

CV joint boot outer
The CV joint boot (outer) will be replaced. If the boot tears, grease leaks out and wear of the joint progresses. The boot is replaced and grease is replenished to restore protection.
CV joint boot inner
The CV joint boot (inner) will be replaced. Deterioration of the boot that protects the inner joint can cause grease leakage and wear. It is replaced with a new part to protect the drivetrain.
Diff side OS
The differential side oil seal will be replaced. Deterioration of the seal can cause transmission oil leaks. The seal is replaced to restore sealing performance.

Engine Area

High-tension leads ABR MAGNECOR
The high-tension leads (ABR MAGNECOR) will be replaced. Age-related deterioration can reduce the efficiency of ignition-energy transmission, causing misfires and engine problems. They are replaced with high-quality new ABR MAGNECOR parts to improve ignition stability.

Other

  • Genuine air cleaner

Fuel System

Fuel strainer SPi
The fuel strainer (SPi) will be replaced. Accumulated dirt and impurities in the fuel can make fuel flow unstable and cause engine problems, so the part is replaced to restore proper fuel supply.

Brakes

Brake master cylinder
The brake master cylinder will be replaced. Poor hydraulic pressure generation can affect braking performance, so replacement restores braking power.
Rear hose
The rear hose will be replaced. To prevent deterioration of the hydraulic line, it is replaced to ensure stable brake operation.
