Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to an enhanced cooling-system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling-system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate its cooling system is placed under heavy strain, making it prone to overheating. For this reason, Classca improves performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components with items such as a 3-core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.
In addition, the original thermo switch for the electric fan can have inconsistent operating characteristics, so it is replaced with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92°C to 95°C and stopping at around 87°C. By keeping the coolant temperature stable, the car maintains reliable running performance even in summer.
The cooling fan blade is also replaced with a reinforced, thicker type because the original blade is thin and prone to deformation from heat, helping to improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, driving stability can decline and noise or vibration can increase. We inspect the joints, bearings, and suspension components, and replace worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.
On this vehicle, the lower arm bushes will be replaced. Deteriorated lower arm bushes can cause play in the suspension, noise, and reduced driving stability. By removing the worn rubber bushes and replacing them with new ones, suspension movement is stabilized.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Parts carefully selected by Classca
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
- Rear hub bearing
Drivetrain & Underside
Deterioration of drivetrain components, mounts, and seals can cause vibration, noise, and oil leaks. This maintenance restores proper power transmission and underside movement by replacing worn components.
On this vehicle, the rear subframe mounts will be replaced. As age-related deterioration can reduce body stability, the rubber mounts are replaced to help suppress vibration.
Parts scheduled for replacement
- CV joint band
- Subframe mount FS
- Frame shim
- Subframe mount RS
- Engine mount MT
Exhaust System
Exhaust components are easily affected by heat, vibration, and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can lead to exhaust leaks, noise, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and support parts, and replace worn components to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.
On this vehicle, the muffler will be replaced. Corrosion and internal deterioration can affect exhaust sound and performance, so replacement restores exhaust flow and silencing performance.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Engine Area
Deteriorated components can cause oil leaks or engine running issues. This maintenance restores proper engine operation through replacement and adjustment of worn parts.
On this vehicle, the chain case gasket and oil seal will be replaced. Because deterioration can cause oil leaks, the relevant area is disassembled and the seals are replaced to restore sealing performance.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Parts carefully selected by Classca
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- High-tension leads ABR MAGNECOR
- Separator gasket
- Chain case gasket
- Chain case oil seal
- Chain slider pad
Clutch
This maintenance replaces worn clutch hydraulic components and consumables, restoring proper clutch operation.

Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of brake components can reduce braking force or cause noise. We replace worn components to restore proper brake operation.
Japanese-made rubber cups are used in the rear wheel cylinders as a preventive measure to reduce brake fluid leakage compared with standard parts.
