Cooling system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid environment the cooling system is placed under greater strain, making overheating more likely. For this reason, Classca improves performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable parts with countermeasure and newly developed components, including a 3-core radiator and hoses.
In addition, the factory thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in operation, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92 to 95 degrees and stopping at around 87 degrees. By keeping coolant temperature consistent, it helps maintain stable driving conditions even in summer.
Furthermore, the original cooling fan blade is thin and prone to deformation from heat, so it is replaced with a reinforced thicker type to improve cooling efficiency and stability.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, they can lead to reduced driving stability, abnormal noises, and increased vibration. We inspect joints, bearings, and suspension components, replacing worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.
On this vehicle, the lower arm bushes will be replaced. Deteriorated lower arm bushes can cause looseness in the suspension, abnormal noises, and reduced stability while driving. By removing the deteriorated rubber bushes and replacing them with new ones, the suspension movement is stabilized.

Drivetrain and Undercarriage
Deterioration of drivetrain components, mounts, and seals can cause vibration, abnormal noises, and oil leaks. This maintenance restores proper power transmission and undercarriage movement by replacing worn parts.

Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of brake components can reduce braking performance and cause abnormal noises. We replace worn parts and restore proper brake operation.
For the rear wheel cylinders, Japanese-made rubber cups are used as a countermeasure to help reduce brake fluid leakage compared with standard parts.
On this vehicle, the brake master cylinder will be replaced. Because insufficient hydraulic pressure generation affects braking performance, replacement restores braking power.
