Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a reinforced cooling system using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid environment, the cooling system tends to be placed under greater strain and is more prone to overheating. For this reason, Classca upgrades the system using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components with improved or newly developed parts, such as a 3-core radiator and upgraded hoses.
In addition, the genuine electric fan thermo switch can vary in its operating range, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at around 92 to 95 degrees and stopping at around 87 degrees, helping maintain a consistent coolant temperature and stable driving even in summer. The genuine cooling fan blade is also thin and can deform easily under heat, so it is replaced with a reinforced thicker type to improve cooling efficiency and stability.

Suspension
Deterioration of suspension components can lead to reduced driving stability, abnormal noises, and increased vibration. We inspect the joints, bearings, and suspension components, and replace worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.
For this vehicle, the lower arm bushes will be replaced. Deteriorated lower arm bushes can cause play in the suspension, abnormal noises, and reduced driving stability. By removing the worn rubber bushes and replacing them with new ones, suspension movement is stabilized.
Planned replacement parts
Classca-selected parts
- Lower arm bush
- Suspension joint
Engine Area
Deterioration of components can cause oil leaks and engine issues. This maintenance restores proper engine operation by replacing and adjusting worn parts.
For this vehicle, the chain case gasket and oil seal will be replaced. Since deterioration can cause oil leaks, the relevant section is disassembled, the seals are replaced, and sealing performance is restored.
Planned replacement parts
Classca-selected parts
- Genuine air cleaner
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- High-tension leads ABR MAGNECOR 1997 onward
- Distributor cap & rotor
- Chain case gasket
- Chain case oil seal
- Chain slider pad
Fuel System
Fuel system components are easily affected by age-related deterioration and contamination. When they deteriorate, they can cause poor starting, unstable idling, poor acceleration, and fuel leaks. We check the condition of the pump, hoses, sensors, carburetor, and related parts, and replace or clean worn components to restore proper fuel supply and combustion.
Planned replacement parts
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of components can cause reduced braking performance and abnormal noises. We replace worn parts to restore proper brake operation.
Japanese-made rubber cups are used in the rear wheel cylinders, a countermeasure designed to reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
Planned replacement parts
- Wheel cylinders
- Brake master cylinder
- Brake fluid
- Brake cleaner
