Cooling System / Water-related Components
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a reinforced cooling system using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate, the cooling system is more prone to stress and overheating. For this reason, Classca upgrades performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components with items such as a 3-core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.
In addition, the original thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in operation, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92–95°C and stopping at around 87°C, helping maintain a consistent coolant temperature and stable running even in summer. The original cooling fan blade is also thin and prone to deformation from heat, so it is replaced with a reinforced thicker type to improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, driving stability can decline, and noise or vibration may increase. We inspect the joints, bearings, and suspension components, and replace worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.
On this vehicle, the lower arm bushes and tension rod bushes will be replaced. When these parts deteriorate, they can cause looseness, abnormal noises, and reduced driving stability. By removing the deteriorated rubber bushes and replacing them with new parts, we stabilize the movement of the suspension.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Classca-selected parts
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
- Tie rod end
- Rack boot
- Rack bush
Exhaust System
Exhaust system components are easily affected by heat, vibration, and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause exhaust leaks, abnormal noises, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and mounting components, and replace worn parts to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing performance.
On this vehicle, the catalytic converter will be replaced. As internal deterioration reduces exhaust purification performance, it will be replaced with a new part to restore proper exhaust treatment.
Parts scheduled for replacement
- Exhaust down band
- Catalytic converter gasket
- Catalytic converter
- Muffler
- Muffler mount
Engine Area
Deteriorated components can cause oil leaks and engine problems. This maintenance restores proper engine operation through the replacement and adjustment of worn parts.
Parts scheduled for replacement
- Genuine air cleaner
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of components can cause reduced braking performance and abnormal noises. We replace worn parts to restore proper brake operation.
For the rear wheel cylinders, Japanese-made rubber cups are used as a countermeasure to reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
Parts scheduled for replacement
- Wheel cylinders
- Brake fluid
- Brake cleaner
