Cooling System / Water-related Components

Common to all vehicles

Updated to a reinforced cooling system using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts

Cooling system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.

The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate, the cooling system is more prone to stress and overheating. For this reason, Classca upgrades performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components with items such as a 3-core radiator and improved or newly developed hoses.

In addition, the original thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in operation, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92–95°C and stopping at around 87°C, helping maintain a consistent coolant temperature and stable running even in summer. The original cooling fan blade is also thin and prone to deformation from heat, so it is replaced with a reinforced thicker type to improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension

Front shock absorbers
The front shock absorbers will be replaced. When shocks deteriorate, vibration becomes harder to control, reducing ride comfort and stability. Replacing them with new parts restores firm control of the front wheel movement.
Rear shock absorbers
The rear shock absorbers will be replaced. Deterioration can increase swaying and instability. Replacing them restores rear-end stability and ride comfort.

Drivetrain / Undercarriage

Subframe mount FS
The front subframe mounts will be replaced. Deteriorated rubber can cause vibration and looseness. Replacing the mounts restores proper fastening between the body and frame.
Frame shim

Engine Area

High-tension leads ABR MAGNECOR
The high-tension leads (ABR MAGNECOR) will be replaced. Age-related deterioration reduces ignition energy transfer efficiency and can cause misfires or engine problems, so they will be replaced with high-quality new ABR MAGNECOR parts to improve stable ignition performance.
Chain case gasket
The chain case gasket and oil seal will be replaced. As deterioration can cause oil leaks, the area will be disassembled and the seals replaced to restore proper sealing.
Chain slider pad
The chain slider pad will be replaced. Wear can make chain contact and movement unstable, causing abnormal noises and accelerated wear. Replacing the part stabilizes chain movement.
Rocker cover gasket & seal set
The rocker cover gasket will be replaced. Deterioration of the gasket can cause oil leaks, so it will be replaced to restore proper sealing.
Chain case oil seal

Fuel System

Fuel strainer SPi
The fuel strainer (SPi) will be replaced. Accumulated dirt and impurities in the fuel can make fuel flow unstable and cause engine problems, so the part will be replaced to restore proper fuel supply.

Brakes

Front hoses & gaskets
The front hoses and gaskets will be replaced. To prevent hydraulic leaks and deterioration-related issues, they will be replaced to restore a safe condition.
Rear hose
The rear hose will be replaced. To prevent deterioration of the hydraulic line, it will be replaced to ensure stable brake operation.
Caliper seal kit (12-inch)
The caliper seal kit will be replaced. Deteriorated internal seals can cause malfunction, so the calipers will be disassembled and the seals replaced to restore function.
Caliper split seals
The caliper split seals will be replaced. To prevent leakage from the split sections, the seals will be replaced to restore proper sealing.
Pads (12-inch) Borg & Beck
The brake pads (12-inch / Borg & Beck) will be replaced. Wear and age-related deterioration can reduce braking performance and cause abnormal noise, so they will be replaced with high-quality new Borg & Beck parts to improve stable braking performance.
Rotors (12-inch)
The rotors will be replaced. Wear or warping can reduce braking performance, so they will be replaced to ensure stable stopping power.
Retaining pins
The retaining pins will be replaced. Age-related deterioration and wear can reduce the holding force of the brake pads and cause abnormal noise, so new parts will be installed to ensure proper fixing and stable brake operation.
