Cooling system
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a reinforced cooling system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese parts
Cooling system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperature, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the United Kingdom, and in Japan’s hot and humid environment, the cooling system tends to be placed under greater strain and is prone to overheating. For this reason, Classca improves performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable items with a 3-core radiator as well as improved and newly developed hoses.
In addition, the factory thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in operation, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92 degrees and stopping at 95 degrees, keeping coolant temperature consistent and maintaining stable driving even in summer.
Furthermore, because the factory cooling fan blades are thin and can deform under heat, we replace them with a reinforced thicker type to improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, it can lead to reduced driving stability, abnormal noises, and increased vibration. We inspect each joint, bearing, and suspension component, and replace worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.
For this vehicle, the front hub bearings will be replaced. When bearings wear, they can cause abnormal noise and vibration while driving, and in the worst case, poor rotation. By disassembling the suspension area and replacing the bearings with new ones, smooth rotation is restored.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Parts carefully selected by Classca

- Rear hub bearing
- Suspension joint
- Rack boot
- Rebound rubber
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
- Radius arm overhaul
Drivetrain and underside
Deterioration of drivetrain components, mounts, and seals can cause vibration, abnormal noise, and oil leaks. This maintenance restores proper drivetrain transmission and underside movement by replacing worn parts.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Parts carefully selected by Classca
- Outer CV joint boot
- Inner CV joint boot
- Differential side oil seal
- Striking rod oil seal
Exhaust system
Exhaust system parts are easily affected by heat, vibration, and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause exhaust leaks, abnormal noise, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and support components, and replace worn parts to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.
For this vehicle, the muffler will be replaced. Corrosion and internal deterioration can affect exhaust sound and performance, so replacement restores exhaust and silencing performance.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Parts carefully selected by Classca
- Exhaust downpipe
- Muffler
- Differential side stay
- Shift box mount
Engine area
Parts deterioration can cause oil leaks and engine running issues. This maintenance restores proper engine operation by replacing and adjusting worn components.
For this vehicle, valve clearance adjustment will be carried out. Because changes in valve clearance can make engine operation unstable, it will be adjusted to the proper specification.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Parts carefully selected by Classca
- Distributor cap & rotor
- Rocker cover gasket & seal set
- Valve clearance adjustment
- Genuine air cleaner
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- High-tension leads ABR MAGNECOR
- Timing chain case gasket
- Timing chain case oil seal

Fuel system
Fuel system components are easily affected by age-related deterioration and dirt. When they deteriorate, they can cause poor starting, unstable idling, poor acceleration, and fuel leaks. We check the condition of the pump, hoses, sensors, carburetor, and related parts, and replace or clean worn components to restore proper fuel supply and combustion.

Clutch
This maintenance restores proper clutch operation by replacing worn clutch hydraulic components and consumable parts.
Parts scheduled for replacement
- Hose & gasket
- Clutch fluid
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of brake components can reduce braking force and cause abnormal noise. We replace worn parts to restore proper brake operation.
Japanese-made rubber cups are used for the rear wheel cylinders to help prevent brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
For this vehicle, the rotors will be replaced. Wear or warping can reduce braking performance, so replacement ensures stable braking force.
