Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a reinforced cooling system using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. If they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperature, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we ensure proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate, the cooling system is placed under heavy load and can be prone to overheating. For this reason, we improve performance using Japanese-made parts carefully selected by Classca. We replace consumable parts such as a 3-core radiator, improved hoses, and newly developed hoses.
In addition, because the factory thermo switch for the electric fan can operate inconsistently, we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, activating at approximately 92°C and stopping at 95°C, helping maintain a consistent coolant temperature and stable driving even in summer.
Furthermore, the original cooling fan blade is thin and easily deforms under heat, so it is replaced with a reinforced thicker type to improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, driving stability can decrease, and noise or vibration may increase. By inspecting the joints, bearings, and suspension components and replacing worn parts, we restore the suspension movement to the proper condition.
On this vehicle, the front hub bearings will be replaced. When bearings wear, they can cause noise or vibration while driving and, in the worst case, poor rotation. The suspension will be disassembled and the bearings replaced with new ones to restore smooth rotation.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Classca-selected parts
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
- Front hub bearing
- Rear hub bearing
- Suspension joint
- Rebound rubber
Exhaust System
Exhaust system components are easily affected by high temperatures, vibration, and age-related deterioration. If they deteriorate, they can cause exhaust leaks, abnormal noise, and reduced exhaust efficiency. By checking the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and mounting parts and replacing worn components, we restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.
On this vehicle, the muffler will be replaced. Corrosion and internal deterioration can affect exhaust sound and performance, so replacement restores exhaust flow and silencing performance.

Classca-selected parts
- EX downpipe
- EX down band
- Catalyst gasket
- Muffler
- Muffler mount
- Differential side stay
Engine Area
Deteriorated parts can cause oil leaks or engine running issues. This maintenance involves replacing and adjusting worn parts to bring engine operation back into proper condition.
On this vehicle, the chain case gasket and oil seal will be replaced. Because deterioration can cause oil leaks, the relevant area will be disassembled and the seals replaced to restore proper sealing.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Classca-selected parts
- Genuine air cleaner
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- High-tension leads ABR MAGNECOR
- Distributor cap & rotor
- Chain case gasket
- Chain case oil seal
- Chain slider pad
- Upper steady bush
Fuel System
Fuel system components are easily affected by age-related deterioration and contamination. If they deteriorate, they can cause poor starting, unstable idling, poor acceleration, and sometimes fuel leaks. By checking the condition of the pump, hoses, sensors, carburetor, and related parts, and by replacing or cleaning worn components, we restore fuel supply and combustion to the proper condition.

Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of parts can lead to reduced braking performance or abnormal noise. By replacing worn parts, we restore proper brake operation.
Japanese-made rubber cups are used for the rear wheel cylinders, helping reduce brake fluid leaks compared with factory parts.
On this vehicle, the brake master cylinder will be replaced. Since poor hydraulic pressure generation can affect braking performance, replacement restores braking force.
