Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a reinforced cooling-system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts.
Cooling-system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. If they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate the cooling system is placed under greater stress, making the car more prone to overheating. For this reason, Classca upgrades the system with carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components such as a 3-core radiator and newly developed or improved hoses.
In addition, the factory thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in operation, so it is replaced with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, switching on at around 92 to 95 degrees and switching off at around 87 degrees, maintaining a consistent coolant temperature and stable driving even in summer.
The cooling fan blade is also replaced with a reinforced, thicker type because the factory blade is thin and prone to heat deformation, improving the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, driving stability may decline and noise or vibration may increase. By inspecting each joint, bearing, and suspension component and replacing worn parts, we restore proper suspension movement.
For this vehicle, the lower arm bushes will be replaced. Deteriorated lower arm bushes can cause looseness, noise, and reduced driving stability in the suspension. Removing the worn rubber bushes and replacing them with new parts stabilizes suspension movement.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Carefully selected Classca parts
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
- Rebound rubber
Drivetrain and Undercarriage
Deterioration of drivetrain components, mounts, and seals can cause vibration, noise, and oil leaks. This maintenance replaces worn parts to restore proper power transmission and undercarriage movement.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Carefully selected Classca parts
- CV joint boot, outer
- CV joint boot, inner
- Diff side oil seal
Exhaust System
Exhaust components are easily affected by high temperatures, vibration, and age-related deterioration. If they deteriorate, they can cause exhaust leaks, noise, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and support parts, and replace worn components to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.
For this vehicle, the muffler will be replaced. Corrosion and internal deterioration can affect exhaust sound and performance, so replacement restores proper exhaust flow and silencing performance.

Engine Area
Deteriorated parts can cause oil leaks and engine running issues. This maintenance replaces and adjusts worn components to restore proper engine operation.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Carefully selected Classca parts
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- Rocker cover gasket & seal set
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of parts can reduce braking force and cause noise. Worn parts are replaced to restore proper brake operation.
Japanese-made rubber cups are used in the rear wheel cylinders as a countermeasure to help reduce brake fluid leakage compared with standard parts.
