Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a reinforced cooling system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid environment, the cooling system is prone to extra stress and overheating. For this reason, Classca enhances performance using carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace wear items with upgraded and newly developed components, including a 3-row core radiator and reinforced hoses.
In addition, the genuine thermo switch for the electric fan can vary in its operating point, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, operating at approximately 92 degrees and stopping at 95 degrees, maintaining consistent coolant temperature and stable driving even in summer.
Furthermore, the genuine cooling fan blade is thin and easily deforms under heat, so we replace it with a reinforced thicker type to improve the stability of cooling efficiency.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, driving stability can decrease and noise or vibration may increase. By inspecting joints, bearings, and suspension parts and replacing worn components, we restore proper suspension movement.
For this vehicle, we will replace the lower arm bushes. Deteriorated lower arm bushes can cause looseness in the suspension, abnormal noise, and reduced driving stability. Removing the aged rubber bushes and replacing them with new ones stabilizes the movement of the suspension.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Parts carefully selected by Classca
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
- Radius arm overhaul
- Radius arm bush + bearing, 2 pcs
Engine Area
Deteriorated parts can cause oil leaks and engine issues. This maintenance restores proper engine operation by replacing and adjusting worn components.
For this vehicle, we will replace the chain case gasket and oil seal. As deterioration can cause oil leaks, we disassemble the area, replace the seals, and restore proper sealing.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Parts carefully selected by Classca
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- Chain case gasket
- Chain case oil seal
- Chain slider pad
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of parts can lead to reduced braking force or abnormal noise. By replacing worn components, we restore the brakes to proper operating condition.
For the rear wheel cylinders, we use Japanese-made rubber cups as a countermeasure to reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
