Cooling System
Common to all vehicles
Updated to a strengthened cooling system specification using carefully selected, high-quality Japanese-made parts
Cooling system components are easily affected by heat and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause coolant leaks, rising coolant temperatures, and overheating. By replacing and adjusting each component, we restore proper coolant circulation and temperature control.
The Rover Mini was born in the UK, and in Japan’s hot and humid climate the cooling system is placed under heavy strain, making overheating more likely. For this reason, Classca upgrades the system with carefully selected Japanese-made parts. We replace consumable components such as the 3-core radiator, improved-spec hoses, and newly developed hoses.
In addition, the factory thermoswitch for the electric fan can vary in its operation, so we replace it with a Japanese-made sensor. This enables stable control, activating at approximately 92 to 95 degrees and stopping at around 87 degrees, helping keep coolant temperature consistent and maintaining stable driving even in summer.
Furthermore, because the factory cooling fan blade is thin and prone to deformation from heat, we replace it with a reinforced thicker type to improve cooling efficiency and stability.

Suspension
When suspension components deteriorate, it can lead to reduced driving stability, abnormal noise, and increased vibration. We inspect the joints, bearings, and suspension components, replacing worn parts to restore proper suspension movement.
For this vehicle, we will install and replace a Hi-Lo kit for the rubber cone suspension. This adds ride-height adjustment functionality to the rubber cone setup, allowing fine adjustment of vehicle height. After installation, the height will be set appropriately.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Classca-selected parts
- Lower arm bush
- Tension rod bush
- Rack bush
- Hi-Lo kit rear, for rubber cone suspension
- Knuckle joint dust boots
- Rebound rubber
Drivetrain and Undercarriage
Deterioration of drivetrain components, mounts, and seals can cause vibration, abnormal noise, and oil leaks. By replacing worn parts, this service restores proper drive transmission and undercarriage movement.

Classca-selected parts
- CV joint boot outer
- CV joint boot inner
- Diff side oil seal
- Speedometer cable oil seal
- Speedometer cable housing gasket
Exhaust System
Exhaust system components are easily affected by heat, vibration, and age-related deterioration. When they deteriorate, they can cause exhaust leaks, abnormal noise, and reduced exhaust efficiency. We check the condition of the muffler, pipes, gaskets, and support components, replacing worn parts to restore proper exhaust flow and sealing.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Engine Area
Deteriorated parts can cause oil leaks and poor engine running. This service replaces and adjusts worn components to restore proper engine operation.
For this vehicle, we will replace the timing chain case gasket and oil seal. Because deterioration can cause oil leaks, the relevant area is disassembled and the seals are replaced to restore proper sealing.
Parts scheduled for replacement
Classca-selected parts
- Vacuum joint
- Spark plugs
- Timing chain case gasket
- Timing chain case oil seal
- Timing chain slider pad
- Kickdown lever AT
- Upper steady bush
Brakes
Wear and age-related deterioration of components can reduce braking performance and cause abnormal noise. We replace worn parts to restore proper brake operation.
Japanese-made rubber cups are used in the rear wheel cylinders as a preventive measure to reduce brake fluid leakage compared with genuine parts.
For this vehicle, we will replace the brake master cylinder. Because insufficient hydraulic pressure can affect braking performance, replacement restores braking force.
