Suspension

Suspension joints

We will replace the suspension joints. When the joints wear, play and abnormal noise can develop in the suspension, reducing driving stability. We remove the deteriorated joint components and replace them with new parts to restore smooth movement.

Tie rod ends

We will replace the tie rod ends. Deterioration can cause play in the steering and reduced straight-line stability. By replacing the connecting components, we restore accurate transmission of steering input to the tires.

Rubber cones

We will replace the rubber cones with Alex Moulton AVON DO-spec rubber cones. These high-performance rubber cones are based on joint development by Alex Moulton, which has developed rubber suspension since the BMC era, and AVON Rubber, with further testing and improvements carried out in Japan.

Front shock absorbers

We will replace the front shock absorbers. When shocks deteriorate, vibration becomes harder to control, reducing ride comfort and stability. Replacing them with new parts restores firm control of the front wheels’ movement.

Rear shock absorbers

We will replace the rear shock absorbers. Deterioration can increase body movement and wandering. Replacement restores rear stability and ride comfort.

Exhaust System

Exhaust down tube

We will replace the exhaust down tube. Corrosion and deterioration of the exhaust pipe can cause exhaust leaks, so we replace it with a new part to maintain proper exhaust flow.

Engine Area

High-tension leads ABR MAGNECOR

We will replace the high-tension leads with ABR MAGNECOR parts. Age-related deterioration can reduce ignition energy transmission efficiency, causing misfires and engine issues, so we replace them with high-quality new ABR MAGNECOR leads to improve stable ignition performance.

Fuel System

Fuel strainer SPi

We will replace the fuel strainer (SPi). Accumulated dirt and impurities in the fuel can make fuel flow unstable and cause engine issues, so we replace the part to restore proper fuel supply.

Fuel pump SPi

We will replace the fuel pump. Unstable fuel supply can cause engine issues, so we replace it with a new part to stabilize supply.

Sender unit

We will replace the sender unit. The sensor will be replaced to improve issues with the fuel level display.

Brakes

Front hoses & gaskets

We will replace the front hoses and gaskets. To prevent hydraulic leaks and deterioration, we replace them and restore a safe condition.

Rear hoses

We will replace the rear hoses. To prevent deterioration of the hydraulic lines, we replace them to ensure stable brake operation.

Caliper seal kit (12-inch)

We will replace the caliper seal kit. Deterioration of the internal seals can cause poor operation, so we disassemble and replace them to restore function.

Caliper split seals

We will replace the caliper split seals. To prevent leakage from the split section, we replace the seals and restore proper sealing.

Stainless pistons

Because the genuine steel pistons are prone to rust, we replace them with stainless-steel pistons. Deteriorated or seized pistons can impair brake movement, so replacement restores smooth operation.

Pads (12-inch) Borg & Beck

We will replace the brake pads with 12-inch Borg & Beck pads. Wear and age-related deterioration can reduce braking force and cause noise, so we replace them with high-quality new Borg & Beck parts to improve stable braking performance.

Rotors (12-inch)

We will replace the rotors. Wear or distortion can reduce braking performance, so replacement ensures stable braking force.

Retaining pins

We will replace the retaining pins. Age-related deterioration and wear can reduce brake pad retention and cause abnormal noise, so we replace them with new parts to ensure proper retention and stable brake operation.

Shoe assembly Ferodo

We will replace the shoe assembly with Ferodo parts. Wear can reduce braking force and cause abnormal noise, so we replace the parts to restore proper brake operation.

Drums

We will replace the drums. Wear or deformation can reduce braking performance, so replacement restores normal braking condition.
